Every time I have been to Ulpotha, I have had an absolutely magical time. The Quantum Method of Yoga Lara teaches is a dynamic, flowing form that integrates the holistic approach of the ancient healing science of Ayurveda, as well as the modern insights of Quantum physics, and leads to intelligent self-practice. The pranayama follows classical Indian methods and the meditation techniques are largely derived from Buddhist practices. There will be a main dynamic yoga practice, as well as meditation and pranayama sessions. Lara will lead the class and you will receive support and adjustments, as well as spiritual discourse (satsang) and time for Q&A.
