My love and passion for yoga began from an impromptu drop in class and since then has begun the journey to learn more. Having completed training in India 200HR and Sri Lanka 500HR with Lara Baumann in the Quantum yoga method I then went onto Personal training! My yoga classes are dynamic vinyasa flow integrating alignment, core work and breathing techniques, taking you through basic poses and creative sequencing linked altogether.
Similarly in personal training sessions the movements are fluid and constantly keeping the body moving. My sessions are tailored and created to combine increasing heart rate for maximum fat burn with strength training and functional movements.
From a greater awareness of your surroundings and emotions the aim of my classes and training is to be able to ultimately cultivate a balanced healthy happy life. To be more aware of what your body and mind needs and therefore able to actively become more self healing.
I teach both yoga and personal training privately in London.
