Quantum Kids

Lara Baumann was one of the first Children’s Yoga teachers at Triyoga in London from 2001 till 2003. After having her own two children and experimenting with them, Lara expanded her skillset by attending the Rainbow Children’s Yoga Teacher Training in Madrid in Jan/February 2020. Lara then applied the Quantum Method of regulating the Ayurvedic doshas (biological humours) vata, pitta and kapha in turn, thus collectively and consciously emphasising grounding & strengthening, cooling & soothing, and energy & invigoration in turn. Just before lockdown, she taught a successful workshop trilogy at Project Ibiza through February 2020. Lara greatly enjoys sharing the precious, expansive and fun experience of yoga with children of all ages!
