Yoga has been a constant in Judith‘s life for over 25 years.  It helped to keep her calm and centred throughout her career in the hectic music Industry, where she worked in the highly stressful areas of PR and Events and would often say that she would love to give it all up and become a Yoga Teacher.  Finally, she did.  She’s now been teaching for over 12 years and sharing everything that it has taught her and encouraging others to join her on the mat.  Her teaching style is creative and flowing, synchronising breath and movement (Vinyasa Flow).  An international yogi and sun-seeker, she enjoys nothing more than teaching where the sun shines and nature flourishes and helping her students to re-connect to themselves and open to life’s flow.  She now resides in Barbados where she teaches and is setting up the island’s first Yoga B&B, PEARL.

Judith is Yoga Alliance certified (500 Hours) and completed her Teacher Trainings in India with Quantum Yoga founder, Lara Baumann. She went on to co-teach the Teacher Training with Lara for many years and has been on the road for most of her yoga-teaching years, dividing her time between the UK, Italy, India, Sri Lanka and Barbados.   She has also taught at two of the world’s leading yoga retreats, ‘Ulpotha’ in Sri Lanka and ‘Bamboo Yoga Retreat’ in Goa, India and has been teaching her own annual ‘Salute to the Sun’ retreats in Barbados and Italy.

Judith’s innate love of Yoga was first honed by Godfrey Devereux (Dynamic Yoga), who was her teacher at the Life Centre in London.  She then went on to explore many different styles including Ashtanga, Bikram, Jivamukti and Kundalini Yoga and to study with many different teachers.  As well as her training in Quantum Yoga, she has also  completed a Yin TTC and is a fully trained Thai Yoga Massage Therapist.
