Some further practice with Lara in Sri Lanka, followed by a close study of Veda Yoga in India with Ayurvedic Doctor and Teacher, Ajay Sharma, I cemented my passion for teaching and found a style of my own.
I teach in London, Goa, Ibiza and beyond, bringing high energy and good vibes to my Yoga classes. Expect a dynamic, flowing, Vinyasa Yoga, practiced to an uplifting beat, using Ayurveda, the Indian Science of Life, to tune into our body-minds and optimise practice. I also teach Veda Yoga, a more gentle and restorative Hatha style of Yoga, Restorative/Yin, Flow & Restore, Pregnancy Yoga and Baby & Toddler Yoga! Whichever you choose to practice with me, it will be uplifting but also deeply relaxing, helping people of all levels to find space and peace within, incorporating Vedic wisdoms for the total wellbeing of body, mind and soul.
I offer private classes for individuals and groups, from the comfort of your own home. I offer yoga for the workplace and can tailor corporate packages to suit the needs of your team. Whether dynamic or restorative, I help students to find their centre, by encouraging a deep connection within. Students of all levels, ages, shapes and sizes can expect to have fun in my classes. You will improve flexibility, strengthen and tone, while also becoming more conscious, mindfully connecting with your inner self.
I’m a huge believer in taking time out for YOU. I love to make time for travel, adventure, festivals, Yoga retreats in beautiful places, meditation and stillness. My secret to success is a healthy, balanced Yogic lifestyle, plus kindness and compassion for yourself and others.
