Instead of feeling bloated and bothered, this Christmas treat your Self to an inspirational health and longevity boost!

Over and above the usual yoga retreat offering of daily asana-vinyasa (dynamic physical practice), pranayama (breath work), meditation and satsang (spiritual discourse), we will also organise fun and enriching group activities such as guided psychedelic hikes or icy beach swimming or horse-whispering or organic farming or ecstatic dance, sound bath & crystal healing, shamanic journeys, cacao & rapé ceremony and other activities.

The program will be complimented by bespoke private sessions, which can range from massage (deep tissue, Thai, shiatsu, mio-fascial, ayurvedic etc.) to reflexology, cranio-sacral therapy, reiki, womb cleansing, Tantra, ancestral clearing, Maori Haka or simply a personalised nutritional and/or Ayurvedic consultation.

All delicious meals will be healthy, organic and if possible locally sourced. Personal dietary requirements will be taken into account.
